Advanced Broadband has been updating network bandwidth on the back end to support faster speeds on the front end. 

Higher speeds are available to customers who have adequate signal strength.

New Speed Tiers:

(residential)
up to 3 megabit service - $65
up to 5 megabit service - $85
up to 10 megabit service - $100

(business class)
up to 3 megabit service - $85
up to 5 megabit service - $105
up to 10 megabit service - $120

* all service plans include a $5 equipment rental fee

** there is a $2 fee if you wish to receive a paper bill

*** not all service plans available in all areas
Your installer can tell you at installation which plans are available at your location.

**** business class service gets priority on all service and outage calls
 

We require a refundable equipment deposit of $100 and a $99 activation fee upon successful installation. At the end of the contract period, if you disconnect our service and return our equipment to us in the same condition it was leased to you - your $100 will be refunded.

Installation of our service is $100.  This payment goes directly to your installer.  In some cases, additional installation expenses may apply.  If that is the case, our installation team will notify you.  [these cases typically apply to very expensive houses]

If your signal is weak or you may need additional elevation to receive our signal,  Advanced Broadband can sell a pole or mast  to you, and our link test will tell us if this may apply to you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Advanced Broadband service, you may disconnect your service at any time after 60 days for an early-termination fee of $200.
